Visiting Friends and Family

Thanks for everything Grandma and Grandpa we had a lot of fun!!!

Grandma Sandy and Katelyn

Playing with some puppies (I was pretty surprised he picked one up).

Playing with his horses in the dirt...

We ended our trip with a visit out to Grandma and Grandpa's farm. Here's Jonathan helping Grandpa Jeff put the hub caps back on. We ended up having a lot of van problems when we arrived in Iowa. Our tires were shot plus a few other things. We were very thankful to the Lord for protecting us on our trip there. Everything happened after we arrived...Praise the Lord! Then we made it home and our alternator went out. God was good to us and nothing happened while we were alone on the road and far away from help.

We also got to spend quite a bit of time with Nikkels but this is the only picture I took.
Jonathan and Cooper had fun together.

We spent a lot of time with our cousins...

We ate supper with the Paynes but I only got a picture of Katelyn and Mr. Payne.
Sorry to the rest of the family.
We had a great time at Nik and Kristi's (and the food was delicious!!!).
Jonathan learned a new hive five game he loves.

Katelyn hung out with Aunt Nikki and Vinnie every morning during Bible school.

Snuggling with great grandpa

Playing Baseball

Of course Katelyn had to try it on too...

It's a little big.

Jonathan has always loved baseball and he still does!
Right now he loves being the catcher, so he was super excited when Uncle Chad had some catchers gear he could try on.

Bible School in Iowa

Katelyn was Mr. Payne's buddy all week.
Wrestling...

Best Buds!!!
I didn't get a picture of Sarah and I or even cute little Jack but I did get one of Jonathan and Josiah. They are so happy to see each other.
My niece Lexi dressed in red.

The kids and I headed to Iowa to help my sister with a Bible school and to see Chaun's family on July 24th. Chaun had to stay home to write a very large paper and work. Sadly I didn't take any pictures of Sarah or us together. The Bible school was fantastic. It was an Egyptian theme. Above is my niece Lexi dressed up has an Egyptian girl.

More Summer 2010 Fun

Driving daddy around the park.

Pushing her baby at Southern

Jonathan is singing to his animals and people.

She loves to rock her babies in mommy's rocking chair.

Eating a Popsicle...YUMMY!!

Jonathan plays ball at the diamond and Katelyn just likes to get dirty.

Here is Katelyn and her sweet friend Addy.
They look ready to go to school.

I had some pictures that didn't make it on our blog anywhere, but I hated to leave them out. They are just random pictures from our summer. Here is our future ball player.

Five Years!

Then we ate ice cream,
YUM!!

We celebrated by eating at Rocky's on the river.

On July 23rd Chaun and I celebrated 5 years of marriage. It has been a wonderful five years.
I can't believe all that's happened in five years. We have been so blessed and thankful to the Lord for all His blessings.

Free Supper

We dressed up like cows and got a free supper at Chick-Fil-A. Jonathan had a great time.
He loved being a cow. In fact for awhile all he would do is moo when he was talked to.

Fourth of July

We celebrated the Fourth of July by going to a minor league baseball game (the Louisville Bats). It was really hot but lots of fun. Jonathan LOVED it!! He sat mesmerized the whole game. He even got a free little bat when we got there. We didn't bring Katelyn. We thought it would be a little long for her so the top picture is just one her being silly, just to not leave her out.
