Easter

Is that not the saddest face you've ever seen!

As my mom says "Rejoice He is Risen!" We celebrated by giving Jonathan a small basket of empty baseball eggs =), a lion, and a new Easter shirt.

More Birthday Pictures

He got a baseball tee and boy did he like it!!

I can't believe Jonathan is two! He has been a delight. His smile lights up the room. He loves to dance, play with balls (he sure can hit and throw), and he loves puppies. He talks a lot and is learning new words every day. Since Jonathan loves balls we decided to have a sport birthday party. I TRIED to make a football cake and then some baseball and basketball cupcakes. I have a ways to go in my cake decorating skills but I tried and hopefully I'll get better over the years. We ate ball park food, hot dogs, popcorn, and nachos. It was a great time! We missed our family but had some wonderful friends to celebrate with.

Fun in Louisville

We would love to have any of you visit us in Louisville. Now that Chaun and I are learning a little more about Louisville we can show you around. There are many fun things to do.
Come and see!

Louisville Slugger Museum

Our family (Jonathan is pretty excited about his new little bat)

Chad's family (Everyone is pretty excited about having their own bat. Especially Chad with his Babe Ruth bat)

The HUGE bat outside!

The cousins, what a cute bunch of kids!

The girls, Lexi (on top), Josie (who had just woke up and is not too sure what is going on), Nikki, Becky, and Katelyn.

The boys, Chad, Dylan, Chaun and Jonathan (and some other random boy who decided to join our picture).

We had a great visit with Chad and Nikki. We ate some yummy food, did some shopping, played the Wii, and enjoyed being together. Last of all we visited the Louisville Slugger Museum and factory. We watched how bats were made, swung some famous baseball players' bats and had a great time.

Hanging out and Snuggling with Katelyn

Katelyn smiling at her Uncle Chad.

So cozy on Dylan.

Josie loved holding her new baby cousin!

Making Pizza!

Almost done, looks great!

Jonathan is taking lessons.

Chad was the chef on Friday night. He made us some DELICIOUS cheese bread and pizzas! Thanks Chad they were yummy.

The Bats

Dylan, Jonathan, Josie, and Chaun watching the game. Jonathan LOVED it! He sat on Chaun's lap the whole time taking it all in.

Chad's wife, Nikki, and I trying to stay dry.

Chad and Dylan watching the game.

Lexi being creative. She turned her cotton candy bag into a rain hat. She's starting a new fashion statement. Isn't she cute!

Katelyn staying warm and dry under her blanket. She slept through the whole game.

Chaun's brother,Chad and his family came to Louisville to visit us for the weekend. We had a great time with them. We started our fun by going to the mall and then to a Louisville Bats game. It was the first Minor League game for the kids. It was raining at the beginning but turned into a great night. It was lots of fun!
