Softball player already?

Katelyn got her first pink softball from her Grandpa and Grandma O. Her dad was pretty excited! Hopefully she'll have his talent and not mine.

Katelyn is ready to go to her new home. They wheeled me out and we forgot to take a picture with all of us together.

She's so sleepy. I have even gotten a couple of good nights of sleep. The nursery helps.

Baby "Cake" or "Kitty"

Jonathan calls her "baby cake" or "kitty". I asked him on the way to the hospital this evening, if he was ready to go see his sister "Katie" and he said, "kitty, kitty, meow"!

Second Impressions

Jonathan came back this evening and warmed up more to his little sister. He wanted to give her lots of hugs and kisses.

Jonathan was a little shocked to see Katelyn. However, he warmed up after a while and wanted to touch her and kiss her.

We are staying

Becky and I arrived at the hospital around 3:40 eastern time. As I was getting her registered, the nurses wanted to see her to determine if we would be staying the hospital. After registering, the nurse told me to wait a few more minutes as they get all her history information. She told me that we are staying and she is 6-7cm along....GOTTA GO!

Becky is having contractions. We are headed to the hospital.

Waiting

The due date has arrived. I, Becky, think it is a girl but Chaun is leaning toward a boy. Now Chaun informs me he is leaning toward a girl! Hopefully we'll know soon. There has no sign of a baby coming yet. We are waiting for either Katelyn Grace or Benjamin Thomas. We should be able to blog at the hospital just like last time. Keep checking for updates!
