Adventure #1

Sarah and I decided every other day to take our kids on an outing. Together we have six kids four and under. So, outings were more like adventures as you can imagine. It was tricky getting out the door but once we tackled that feat we had a lot of fun. Our first adventure was to the zoo. Always a favorite for my kids.

Next Stop-Milwaukee

After Chicago we headed to Milwaukee to meet my new nephew,
Samuel John Lenz.

Road Trip- First Stop, Chicago

Story time with Grandma and Grandpa

Katelyn got some grandpa snuggles.
She loves to snuggle with her grandpa!!

Ellie with her Aunt Unity and Aunt Anita

Almost all of the girl cousins (sorry Emily).

The kids and I (Becky) headed to Milwaukee to see my sister and her new baby. On the way we stopped in Chicago to see my niece, Emily get baptized. It was a very special weekend and we got catch up with all my family at the same time.

Ellie at Seven Months

Eleanor is still a very happy baby. She has found her tongue and loves to stick it out and play with it. She has gotten her top incisor teeth. It looks like she has fangs. She is also moving like crazy. I never know where I will find her. She is either rolling from one side of the room to the other or doing a very funny army crawl. I can't believe how fast she is growing but it is so fun to watch her.

Short But Sweet

Grandma and Grandpa Rekers drove through and spent the night with us. It was fun to see them and the kids got some snuggling in (Katelyn made sure all her dolls joined the fun too).

The Gospel Song and A Hair Cut

Holy God in love became
Perfect man to bear my blame
On the cross he took my sin
By his death I live again.

Jesus, Thank You

Your blood has washed away my sin
Jesus, Thank You
The fathers wrath completely satisfied
Jesus, Thank You
Once your enemy now seated at your table
Jesus, Thank You
